Detailed Quest Guide

A full cave route through Giant Coral Hollow to ancient_coral_core, including the underwater escape path.

  1. Start at Pineapple Forest.
  2. Press K and search for ocean,_press_shift_enter.
  3. Use Shift + Enter to reach the Ocean map.
  4. Face South and search with K for shift enter to continue to ocean, 500 tiles.
  5. After crossing the first ocean border, search with K for press giant coral hollow, 539 tiles.
  6. The destination is not in a straight line.
  7. Keep sailing South until you are roughly aligned with the target, then change your compass to 90° East for the remaining distance.
  8. At the shore, go uphill on the island until you are at the same height as the target point.
  1. Face North and enter the cave with Shift + Enter.
  2. Move forward until you hit the wall.
  3. Take 2 steps right to reach the right-hand wall.
  4. Jump onto the wall on your right.
  5. Change direction to 90° and approach the ledge.
  6. Jump across the 6-tile chasm and continue until you hit the wall.
  7. Change direction to South and walk to the end of the path.
  8. Go up the stairs.
  9. Change direction to 90° and walk to the wall.
  10. Move all the way to the left.
  11. Change direction to 270° and go to the end.
  12. Back up 8 tiles from the wall, move to the right-hand wall, and jump up onto it.
  1. Change direction to 0° North and walk to the wall.
  2. Jump 1 tile forward.
  3. Change direction to 90° and approach the chasm in front of you.
  4. Jump onto the stairs and follow them upward.
  5. Move forward until you hit the wall.
  6. Change direction to 0° and head toward the next chasm.
  7. Jump at least 6 tiles forward.
  8. Walk straight to the wall ahead.
  1. Change direction to 270° and move to the end.
  2. Move to the left wall and jump onto the wall in front of you.
  3. Jump down from it. You may take fall damage.
  4. Walk all the way forward.
  5. Jump onto the wall ahead, then jump down.
  6. Approach the next wall, then move to the wall on your left.
  7. Jump down.
  8. Jump onto the wall on your left, then jump down on the other side.
  9. Move to the wall on your left.
  10. Walk forward to the stairs and go up.
  11. Approach the chasm and jump across.
  12. Walk forward until you hit the wall.
  13. Move to the wall on your left and jump onto it.
  14. Change direction to 180° and go all the way to the end.
  15. Change direction to 90° and walk to the end.
  16. Move to the left wall.
  17. Listen for the change in floor sound. When you hear the solid surface, jump onto the left wall and move forward to the stairs.
  18. Go up the stairs.
  19. Move to the right wall and back up toward the ledge.
  20. Move to the stairs on the right and go all the way down. Watch the chasm.
  21. You are now on the level with ancient_coral_core.
  22. Take the item and accept the quest with /questaccept the_coral_crown_part3.
  1. To leave the cave, dive underwater.
  2. Find the point marked press shift enter coral tunnel and press Shift + Enter.
  3. Face North and leave the tunnel.
  4. You will end at the point marked press shift enter to go back to blue ocean.
